We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over $70, otherwise, the shipping fee is $5.95.

Production Time
Since your jewelry or figurine is a custom design that needs to be manufactured by hand, please allow on normal times 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be dispatched from our workshop. During peak times and the end-of-year holiday times (October till January) you can expect the production time to increase up to 10-20 business days.
When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received it, or have another problem, contact help@petpalsdiy.com and we will help you as soon as possible!
