- Damaged or Incorrect Items: > In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at help@petpalsdiy.com within 48 hours with a photo of the package. We will immediately arrange a priority remake for you free of charge.
- Order Cancellations: > You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, our artisans have already begun designing and sourcing the wool materials, so cancellations cannot be accepted.
